Welcome to my exhibition:
“Reconnect: A Journey to Restore Prāna“.

In today’s fast-paced and busy modern world, it’s easy to loose our connection to our own sense of well-being. The constant barrage of negative news and information have an impact on our emotional and mental health. Social media and spending too much time scrolling through our feeds is another reason that disconnects us from ourselves, our natural being and the natural world around us. Anxiety, depression and insecurity arise as a result. We feel unbalanced and ungrounded as we suffer a lack of prāna, our vital life force energy.

A beautiful way to restore prāna is by reconnecting with nature and embracing the beauty that surrounds us. Such as spending time in natural environments like forests or near bodies of water. The air in these environments is much richer in electrons, which are directly connected to prāna and have a positive impact on our health. It does lower the stress level, improves sleep and increases the sense of well being.

Through my photographic collection of beautiful landscapes and nature in its purist form my exhibition aims to create a memory in the visitors‘ consciousness that leads them back to a connection to nature. Each photograph has been carefully selected to showcase the natural beauty of the world around us, and to remind us of the vital and active role that nature plays in our physical, mental, and emotional health. Prānic manifestations which demonstrate the beauty and serenity of nature, and how it can inspire us to feel more grounded and connected.

Through „Reconnect: A Journey to Restore Prāna“, I hope to inspire visitors to remember and embrace the vital beauty of nature and the healing power of prāna. By reconnecting with nature and prioritizing our health and well-being, we can restore our vitality and live a more fulfilling life.
